One of the latest and hottest trends in woodturning has been the introduction of the unhandled turning tools and the acceptance of the metal handle.

There are many suppliers of unhandled tools including Doug Thompson, Mike Hunter, P&N, Craig's Easy Wood Tools Ci Series, Oneway and others.

Many turners have also gravitated away from the traditional wooden handles for these commerical tools and their own shop made tools.

The metal handles have several advantages over wooden handles including the same "hand feel" for several different styles of gouges. They can be adjusted for the amount of overhang of the tool rest, vibration dampening, weightable to your preferences and traveling with your tools is simplified.

We will be offering handles from 6" to 20" in 3 levels of customization.
They will be available in solid or hollow alluminum,able to be weighted,or steel.
