STANDARD STYLE
Our standard style handles use strong solid round 6061 aluminum covered with either a clear nylon reinforced vinyl tube that dampens vibrations, provides cushioning grip and protects from the cold in the winter or a new discovery, a PVC vinyl closed cell foam. The foam is non-absorbant; unaffected by most solvents and chemicals, highly UV resisitant, is textured to provide grip in the hot summers in addition to all the advantages of the nylon reinforced vinyl tube and is colored black.
We drill the handles to a depth of 2 1/2" and secure the tool with 2 1/4" x 20 set-screws with a anti-vibration coating. We also include extra set-screws as we all loose them in the shavings.
We offer the handles in various lengths and hole sizes. Double ended handles are available

Deluxe Handle
Our deluxe handle is made of tough 6061 aluminum tubing covered either be the same clear reinforced vinyl or the black PVC foam grip as the standard above. The ends are seperate machined pieces that are thru drilled to your specifications. This allows the tool to be inserted into the handle as for as required for balance and overhang of the tool rest. These handles can also be weighted with shot to your preferences. Straight tools can also be completely inserted into the handle for travel and safety.
